Craic Drama Academy aims to promote the Arts to the next generation by providing fun and high-quality weekly Drama classes. No auditions or experience necessary the Academy is all inclusive and open to all. Classes are run by highly trained Drama facilitators, who have a minimum of a 3rd level qualification in their field and extensive experience in a variety of roles performing and directing.

It is a chance to meet new people and make new friends and during this time you will be amazed at how your child’s self-esteem, communication, and team working skills will grow. We emphasise the importance of these life skills amongst many others, along with supporting curriculum-based leaning

Wee Craicers

Wee Craicers P4 – P7 runs on a Sat morning with 2 classes, one at 9.30AM-10.30AM and one at 10.45AM-11.45AM

Wee Craicers hones in on technical theatre and theatre skills. Classes are structured so skills and self confidence are developed through games, workshops and performance.

YOUTH THEATRE

Youth theatre runs for Post Primary school pupils on a Sat Afternoon at 12.15pm to 2.00pm

Complimenting the curriculum and focusing on Technical theatre and theatre skills the classes broaden to incorporate rehearsed reading, script analysis and Issue based workshops in a fun environment
